A Note From The Heart

Dear Friends,



Life comes with its obstacles and challenges.



I would like to share a little bit about myself, so that you can understand how my life's experiences have led me to develop 'The Mediterranean Lifestyle Program.'



The past several years have been the most challenging years of my life so far.



In a short space of time I have had to cope with the stress and sadness of a divorce, studying to complete my degree as a Nutritionist, setting up a small business and consulting practice while raising my young daughter.



As you can imagine immense amounts of stress especially financial stress were in abundance. Paying bills on time, the responsibility of raising an emotionally, happy stable child while striving to rebuild my 'life' again.




How did I keep my body healthy whilst having to cope with a mountain of  trials and tribulations ?



Please keep in mind that I have not paid a visit to a doctor's office in over 12 years... I must be doing something right !


I also kept  my mental state positive and my motivation fired up.



There were extremely tough times  where I had to push through fearful moments of despair and exhaustion whilst keeping my enthusiasm  alive for what I was working towards.



On these nights I would lie on my bed and wish that a UFO would come to abduct me .... between you and me, I would not have put up much of a struggle !

 


I can honestly say that a number of factors working synergistically together which have contributed to my good health, wellbeing and a sense of inner peace.



I am ready to share with you how I coped with life's challenges in a positive healthy manner, staying disease free, keeping a sense of inner peace even though my outer world seemed to be collapsing.



As a result of these experiences, I decided that I would dedicate my professional life to inspire and empower others to love life, follow their dreams and reclaim their right to health and happiness.
