6 Super Reasons To Include Carob In Your Diet

We've got the humble carob growing on our doorstep yet we only seem to remember it on Green Mondays !
For readers who live abroad... it is traditional on Green Mondays to go out into the fields and eat mostly bread, fresh, raw vegetables, savoury tahini, and a sweet dip made with tahini and carob syrup.
Reasons:

1 banana
1 tbsp carob powder
1 date
1 cups rice milk or almond milk
(optional 1/4 tsp powdered cinnamon, nutmeg, pinch of cloves)
