Losing Weight With Raw Foods
Losing weight is quite easy when you follow a diet high in raw foods.
It is so easy that anyone who has a habit of going on and off slimming diets and achieving only temporary ‘success’ will rejoice to know that on a 75% minimum raw food diet most people lose weight steadily without ever counting calories.
