For most of us life can be a dizzyingly-busy whirlwind of obligations, busy schedules, responsibilities and priorities. Amidst all of this craziness, many of us have our physicians telling us we need to make some changes - or else!

We know that all we really need do is get a little more active and eat a little better, but in this hectic day and age, these little changes can seem awfully intimidating and difficult to incorporate into our lives.

As your Health & Wellbeing Coach, I will help you stay on track and achieve the most optimal state of wellness of which you are capable. I have created a Simple, Easy to follow step by step system to help you make the changes.

We may communicate through a number of means, skype / telephone to email to meeting in-person. As a Health & Wellbeing coach, I strive to be accommodating, convenient and flexible, all while maintaining effectiveness.

Coaching provides a positive connection – a supportive relationship – between the coach and the person who wants to make a change.

What You can Expect.

  • The coach helps the client to set both short and long term goals, sets action plans, monitors progress in goal attainment and develops strategies to utilize the clients’ strengths effectively. All of these together maximize the client’s potential to achieve desired outcomes. Emphasis is placed on education, experience and alternative medicine options. Each person is individual and so too are lifestyle, nutrition, health plans and goals.
  • The first step in the health coaching process is to have the client fill out or verbally answer questions to a Wellness Questionnaire assessment form. Based on the client’s answers, the coach prepares a step by step wellness plan which includes a plan of action and report for improving current health states and making changes in nutrition states.
Preventative health care is becoming so much more necessary with an increase in many disease states.
